After attending a weekend cookery course in Ashburton Cookery School in Devon in 2010 I felt inspired by cooking great food and learning as much as I could about it. Since then I haven’t looked back.
I’m a passionate home cook, having attended many cookery courses since. I always love to practice and try things out at home from sushi to sous vide!
In 2017 I left behind my career in the motion capture industry to return to Ashburton to complete a 6 month professional culinary diploma. Here you can find a blog post covering every week of the journey.
